Our technical staff will visit the customer who purchased our water purifier and provide the installation and explanation for use and maintenance at no charge. (Travel expense will be charged to outside Bangkok.

When filter change is necessary,  please call us or send E-Mail to us. Our technical staff will deliver the filter to your place and provide checkout, cleaning and change the filter at no charge.
